ISG Jubail is pleased to share our new revised vehicle sticker process for the 2017/2018 academic year, which includes enhanced security features.
All vehicles accessing the ISG Jubail school site this year will require new vehicle stickers.
To facilitate this, the Manager of Support Services will be available in Reception between 9:00am and 11:00am from Saturday 19 August to Saturday 9 September and between 10:00am and 11:00am from the commencement of school on Sunday 10 September 2017. Please note that the school will be closed for the Eid break for the week of September 3-7.
The application form can be downloaded here and completed at home and brought to school, but must be signed in the presence of the School Operations & Support Staff.
The Middle and High school division will now be introducing Assessment in the Week Ahead. This will be a one page infographic detailing the summative assessments scheduled in the week ahead for all MS/HS students. This will be sent out every Thursday afternoon via Skyward, and available below on this page.
A few notes regarding this communication are as follows: only summative (graded) tasks and deadlines will be noted, each with a grade level, class, and teacher. The general idea is that students will not have more than TWO summative tasks or deadlines in a given day. This is to better balance student workload and allow for increased planning and organization. Students in Advanced Placement (AP) classes may have up to THREE tasks in a given day.
The published schedule may shift in minor ways as we work to refine and improve this process in the weeks/months ahead. Should questions arise regarding the calendar, students are first encouraged to initiate a conversation with the subject teacher.
Check out the assessment schedule for the week.
